Service Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with our services, we do not offer cash refunds for completed services. However, we are happy to provide special discounts on your next visit to ensure your experience and consultation are better the next time.

Online Service Cancellation

  • If you have scheduled an online consultation or online service and choose to cancel it before the service is provided, you will receive a full refund.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Product Refunds (Toys & Clothes)

If you purchase toys, clothing, or other products from K9 Services:

  • Items must be returned with proper labels, tags, and original packaging
  • Items must be unused and in good condition
  • Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • Once approved, the refund will be issued within 7 working days after the item is returned to us

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Services that have already been completed
  • Products returned without labels, damaged, or used
  • Refund requests that do not meet the conditions mentioned above
