- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Product Refunds (Toys & Clothes)
If you purchase toys, clothing, or other products from K9 Services:
- Items must be returned with proper labels, tags, and original packaging
- Items must be unused and in good condition
- Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item
- Once approved, the refund will be issued within 7 working days after the item is returned to us
